On June 5th started the construction of Simeonovo River Park Residence. Now is the shaping of the area and infrastructure – roads, water-main, drainage and gasification.
On June 30th 2006 the building of the First stage will take place – these are house – types B, C, D, E and F, which are situated on the south part of the Residence.
Building stages
Simeonovo River Park is going to be completed in stages:
- Preparation stage: it includes shaping of the area and infrastructure еrection (roads, water-main, drainage and gasification);
- First stage: includes the construction of house-types B, C, D, E, F and a supermarket, which are situated on the south part of the Residence.
- Second stage: includes the construction of house-types A, B, C, D and E, which are situated in the middle part of the Residence;
- Third stage: includes the construction of house-types C, D, E, F and the service area (hotel, conference hall, parking places, bank, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurants and commercial area).
