There will be a green area in front of each house, the bigger the house, the more privacy and green it provides. Low fences will encompass each property.
There are two parks – Central Park, which runs from the highest to the lowest part of the site, approximately 1 kilometre and has a park lane which gets connected to the River Park. There are 2 kilometres overall park lanes for walking. In addition, there are bicycle lanes for those who want to engage in this activity. There are also cafe shops and rest areas along the parks. The vegetation and the landscaping are uniform for the compound and are designed by a landscape architect.
Functional distribution
The functional distribution of the site is realised in order to enable the correct organisation of spaces and a clearer structure. The urban planning decision quite clearly defines the two large green areas for public access – the Pedestrian Area, whose plots in the middle of the complex have a total area of 7 715 square meters and the Riverside Park - nearby the Simeonovska river of a total area of 11 606 square meters.
